Basel's journey began in Damascus, where he was born into a middle-class family and pursued his education at the University of Damascus, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws. Balancing his studies with work commitments, Basel ventured into judicial arbitration in commercial and international cases, earning accreditation as a certified judicial arbitrator from the Ministry of Justice.
His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his first venture in the technology sector in 2012. Subsequently, Basel explored business opportunities across multiple Arab countries, enriching his skills and expanding his network. He held pivotal roles such as Deputy Executive Manager at a Beirut hotel and Head of Accounting and Auditing for a logistics company in Egypt.
In 2020, Basel relocated to Dubai, captivated by the dynamic real estate market, which he quickly navigated as a burgeoning real estate broker. Recognizing untapped potential, Basel founded Raydium Real Estate at the end of 2023, marking the beginning of an ambitious journey to transform the company into a global leader.
